Quack, Quack is a game of silent changes and loud clues. Someone leaves, and when they come back, a guessing game starts – involving quacks and a player with keen eyes (we hope!).

Quack Quack: The Basics
One leaves, something shifts, and the duck chorus rises. Can you guess what’s amiss?
Objective:
The goal is straight forward – one person “the guesser” leaves the room while the rest of the gang changes something inside.
When the lone ranger returns, they’ve gotta channel their inner detective and figure out what’s different. Literally, that person has to walk around and see if they notice something’s off.
The twist? The group quacks louder as the guesser gets closer to cracking the case! 🔍
Materials:
No need to break the bank here, folks. All you need is a room and a bunch of players ready to embrace their inner ducks! 🙌
Setup:
Choose who’s gonna be the first guesser and send ’em out of the room. Trust me, you don’t want to be the one waiting in suspense!
While they’re gone, the rest of the players quickly change one thing in the room.
It could be anything from moving a chair to hiding a shoe. Get creative, but don’t go overboard – you don’t want to give the guesser a heart attack! 😅
How to Play the Game:
When the guesser returns, it’s time for them to put on their thinking cap and start investigating.
As they move around the room, the group starts quacking. The closer the guesser gets to the changed item, the louder the quacking becomes.
If you’re the guesser, take your time and really observe your surroundings. Sometimes the smallest changes can be the hardest to spot. And if you’re part of the quacking crew, try to keep a straight face – you don’t want to give away any clues! 😉
Ways to Make the Game Easier:
- Limit the area where the change can be made, like only allowing changes on one side of the room.
- Give the guesser a hint, like “it’s something blue” or “it’s not on the floor.”
Ways to Make the Game Harder:
- Allow multiple changes to be made in the room, keeping the guesser on their toes.
- Set a time limit for the guesser to find the change, adding some pressure to the mix.
