Prompt Idea #1: A “Learn to Say No” (Or How to Do Any Other Goal) Blueprint Diagram

One of my favorite prompt styles is a blueprint diagram that maps out a goal like a system.

Here’s the idea I used (paraphrased from my base prompt): A landscape ratio blueprint-style diagram showing how someone achieves a 2026 goal of learning to say no, with labeled steps like clarity plan, systems, daily actions, tracking.

What I like about this:

• It naturally turns your goal into steps.
• It looks like an infographic, so it feels “real,” even if you’re still a mess inside. (Respectfully. Same.)

I asked it to recreate the same image with a pinkish, cute, playful look. It delivered, but that’s where I noticed the Gemini watermark…

Give Galaxy AI Setup for the Blueprint Prompt (Quick and Practical)

When I ran that blueprint prompt in Galaxy AI, I chose:

1. Paste the prompt into the image description
2. Choose a model
3. Pick an aspect ratio (I used ultra wide)
4. Set how many images you want, then generate

The ultra wide version stretched the design horizontally, which can look really slick for:

• laptop wallpapers
• banner headers
• wide planner dashboards

And I was like ewwww…but removing them is against Google’s Terms of Use, so I had to get creative and that’s when I decided to…

Pro tip: I’m not a lawyer, and I’m not the watermark police, but I don’t recommend removing watermarks. If you need a clean version for a product, generate it in a tool that doesn’t add one.

Prompt Idea #2: Annotated Illustration Blueprint Based on Goals

I did a warm pastel goal blueprint (which is basically an annotated illustration of actionable tasks for a goal) with the goal “have more snuggles with Athena.”

Athena is my daughter.

AI decided Athena was a cat.

And honestly, the result was adorable, but it’s a perfect reminder that AI doesn’t know your life. It guesses.

The image included ideas like:

• cozy blankets
• scritches
• treats
• cuddle time

Prompt Idea #3: “Architect Specs,” but for a Person’s Goal (World-Famous Comedian)

I love those architectural prompts that show building specs, materials, and diagrams.

So I thought, why not apply that format to a person achieving a goal?

I used the goal “becoming a world-famous comedian,” and it generated a schematic-style infographic with things like:

• mindset calibration
• persistence and creativity
• authenticity and flexibility
• a checklist (write jokes daily, perform at open mics)

This style is gold because you can swap in any goal:

• paying off debt
• getting fit
• launching a product
• learning a skill

Prompt Idea #4: A Studio Promo Image with A Smart Phone (Chef Aquita, Sandwich Architect)

This one was just fun. And I hope you like it, too. I prompted a high-quality studio-style promotional image and basically cast myself as a “master sandwich maker.”

ChatGPT gave me:

• Chef Aquita (spelled a little off in the output)
• “executive sandwich architect”
• a fake restaurant name: “The Daily Crumb”
• a tagline about elevating handheld meals

It looked like a legit promo shot for my made up career and business, and it actually used my face pretty well.

Turning the Promo Image into Video with Gemini Veo

After I generated the still image, I uploaded it into Gemini and used the video tool (Veo 3.1 in the interface I used).

My prompt was simple: bring it to life, have the woman smiling, reach off camera, grab a sandwich, present it to the camera.

It even added speech. The clip said “Gourmet,” which made me laugh.

A couple of real notes:

• My face changed a bit in the animation (Gemini sometimes does that).
• On the Pro plan, I only got a few generations before it cut me off.

Prompt idea #5: Recipe Infographic (Recipe for a Happy Life)

I used a landscape recipe infographic format and applied it to life topics. Think:

• recipe for a happy life
• recipe for getting over a bad breakup
• recipe for being calmer this year

I asked for a claymation art style, and it came out super cute. It did misspell “tablespoons” in one spot, but that’s an easy fix in Canva.

Why the “recipe” format works so well

Here’s what it does for you right away:

• It turns a fuzzy goal into ingredients + steps (clear, simple, doable).
• It creates built-in structure for an infographic (title, servings, time, steps).
• It looks cute even when the topic is serious (breakups, burnout, anxiety).
• It’s easy to resize for Etsy printables, planner pages, and social media posts.

Prompt Idea #6: How-To Infographic (Lessons Learned and How to Reach Goals

This is one of the most useful prompt styles I’ve tested because it turns a big concept (kindness, bullying, bravery, empathy) into simple steps a kid can actually remember.

It’s also a great example of where AI shines: clear structure + cute visuals.

You can use this for:

• a digital product (social skills pack, SEL posters, calm-down corner kit)
• a vision board (family goals, parenting goals, classroom culture)
• a printable (home binder, classroom wall, counseling office)

It came out adorable and simple.

Gemini also included citations and sources in the interface, which was interesting for an education-style visual.

Prompt Idea #7: High-Fashion Magazine Article

This prompt style is perfect when you want a vision board image that feels like a magazine cover but still points to a real goal.

I’d use it for goals that feel “vibey” and hard to explain, like confidence, creative momentum, showing up online, or “I want my life to look cooler this year.”

It also makes an amazing digital product angle because you can build a whole set around different themes: tech fun, creator era, wellness but make it chic, CEO energy without the cringe, etc.

What this prompt is really doing (why it hits)

• It gives your goal a character (you become the brand).
• It creates a visual that’s strong enough for wallpapers, covers, and promos.
• It works even when the text fails, because the image is doing the heavy lifting.

When I used this prompt, it gave me funky glasses, platform shoes, and a very tall vibe (I’m already tall, and in heels I’m basically a streetlight, lol).

Prompt Idea #8: A 3D scene, Breaking Out of a Facebook Feed

I tried a prompt where I “break out” of a mobile timeline, in a 3D cinematic scene, and I asked it to rebuild a Facebook-style interface from scratch with key UI elements.

This one is my definitely one of my favorites.

This is a super scroll-stopping style because it looks like a movie scene mixed with social media. It’s basically a visual metaphor: you’re not stuck in the feed, you’re stepping out of it.

Two important notes:

1. Some platforms get touchy about exact UI recreation (guardrails).
2. You can still get the same effect by using generic “social feed” language.

Okay, so it worked in ChatGPT for Facebook. It would not cooperate for YouTube, it kept blocking or looking wrong when I tested it.

If you need to, try to avoid saying exact platform names. Say “a generic social media feed interface” or “short video feed layout.” You’ll get fewer blocks and fewer weird results.

Variations that You Can Use for Vision Boards AND Digital Products If You Want)

You can turn this into a customizable series on Etsy by swapping the “breakout theme” and tweaking (yep, I love that word) the base prompt:

• Breaking out of procrastination: chains snapping, calendar fragments, timer icon glowing
• Breaking out of people-pleasing: torn sticky notes that say “yes,” falling away (no readable text needed)
• Breaking out of burnout: dim feed behind you, bright light in front of you
• Breaking into creator mode: camera icons, storyboard cards, microphone, spotlight
• Breaking into focus: floating checklists, clean minimal UI, calm colors

Tools I Used (and What Each One Does Well)

1. ChatGPT

ChatGPT has been solid for images lately, and I like that it often gives me a face that actually looks like me. Also, no watermark showing up in the examples I made here.

Gemini is great when you want clean text in the image. In my testing, it’s often better about avoiding spelling errors. The trade-off is you may see a Gemini watermark on certain images.

3. Galaxy AI (Watermark Workaround Option)

Galaxy AI is paid, and it lets you pick from different image models. I tested the same prompts there as an option for people who don’t want to deal with watermarks.

Tip

If you’re making something like a printable or invite, a watermark can ruin the whole design fast.

What About Watermarks, Quality Checks, and Other Unglamorous Stuff?

Here’s the bottom line: you want your final image to look clean.

A few practical checks I do every time:

• Zoom in and read the tiny text
• Look for weird hands, extra fingers, strange logos
• Upscale if needed (ahem, you’re going to need to upscale and increase DPI to 300 if you’re using these to sell printables)
• Plan a quick edit pass in Canva (color, contrast, small fixes) or your image editor of choice.

And again, on watermarks in Gemini, I don’t recommend removing them. It’s against Google’s terms of use.

So, if a watermark breaks the design, generate it somewhere else or adjust your workflow.

Basic rule of thumb?

If people search it (autosuggest tells us if they are), it typically sells.

Hop on Etsy or Teachers Pay Teachers, type “left right game,” and see what pops in auto-suggest.

Before you open Canva or wake up ChatGPT, figure out the moment you’re targeting.

Graduation? Easter? Mom’s Retirement? Go seasonal, go wild, or mix both.

Tip

Trends matter. I checked Etsy and saw that themes like Bible stories, holidays, 30th birthdays, and family events were best sellers. Kind of like how chocolate never goes out of style.

Here’s some themes that I found doing well in the spring:

If you’ve got time to type out hundreds of “left” and “right” moments, fine.

If you don’t—join the rest of us (or at least me, lol) and use AI.

Open ChatGPT (or a custom prompt system), copy and paste the sample prompt in the green call out box below, and watch the words pour out.

Sometimes I get a story that’s too long, too dull, or skips the “lefts” and “rights.” That’s part of the reason why

Don’t settle.

• Reword your prompt if you miss details, or ask the AI to make it sillier or more personal.
• Try using follow-up prompts: “Rewrite this but include more left/right passes after every joke,” or “add something weirder and more memorable for the occasion”
• Save the best lines from each draft and piece them together if needed. That’s what I end up doing sometimes.

ALWAYS treat AI like a creative assistant—one that gets better with clear directions and a few friendly nudges.

Open up Canva (or your software of choice), start a fresh 8.5” x 11” doc, and do this:

And listen, if you really don’t want to make a black-and-white version? That’s okay.

Just make sure your color version won’t drain your buyer’s printer dry. Nobody wants to hit “print” and hear their printer wheeze.

Tip

“Would a tired parent at 10pm thank me for giving them fewer pages to print?” And honestly — sometimes the answer is no. If you’re selling a printable escape room? Yeah, people expect multiple pages. But for story games? Go lean, go smart, go bundle.

Step 5: Format, Test, and Print

We’ve all been there. You finally finish designing your story printable, you hit print, and… it looks like a receipt from 2003.

Tiny font, weird spacing, half the words cut off. Yeah. Been there. Cried a little.

Before you send your masterpiece out into the world, make sure it’s actually usable.

Here’s what I check every single time:

• Font size (no smaller than 14pt—seriously, our eyeballs deserve kindness)
• Line spacing (I like a little breathing room between lines, especially when kids are reading)
• Bold text for the “left” and “right” prompts so they pop
• Margins that don’t cut off sentences mid-word (been there, cringed at that)

Then? Test print it. On a real printer.

Mine has an attitude and only listens to me half the time, so if it behaves for me, I know it’ll work for most folks.

I also hand the file to my husband. If he can print it without asking me 12 questions? It’s ready.

It’s the little things that’ll earn you five-star reviews.

I’ve colored…I don’t know – probably thousands of PNGs using Photopea – so I’m gonna break down what works.

Before we get started, here’s what you’re going to need:

Let’s keep this simple. You only need three things:

1. A PNG file – Grab one of mine (see that freebie below? ), or use your own.
2. Photopea – Free, online, and mighty powerful. (No download needed!)
3. Canva – Optional, but helpful for mockups if you’re a visual queen like me.

I do also dabble in LunaPic – another FREE, web-based tool – now and then, especially for quick fills.

But today we’re goin’ full Photopea – and to be honest it’s actually my very favorite tool for coloring in PNGs.

It’s just so…EASY. And when you’re designing printables, it’s good to have some things be easy, right?

Now, this is where the fun begins my friend.

Let’s go step-by-step:

1. Upload Your PNG

• Head to Photopea.com
• Drag your PNG into the workspace
• Make sure the layer is selected so you can color

2. Pick Your Color in the Color Picker Tool

• Look at the bottom left corner — see those overlapping squares? Click ‘em!
• Choose a color from the visual picker or paste in a hex code (more on that next)

What’s a hex code? Think of it as the exact GPS coordinates of a color. No guessing — just copy, paste, and go.

3. Use the Paint Bucket Tool

• On the left menu, find the little paint bucket
• Select it, zoom in (Ctrl + Plus or Command + Plus) for better precision. Coloring small areas can be tricky, so get up close and personal.
• Click inside the areas you want to color.
• Voila! Instant color.

4. Made a Mistake?

No worries! Hit Ctrl + Z to undo. (I use it about 42 times per project. And I’m not ashamed. )

Tip

Don’t forget to zoom! Just use Ctrl and the + key. Coloring tiny details with shaky hands is basically a game of chance otherwise.

Sometimes your brain just doesn’t want to pick a color palette.

That’s when I head to Coolors.co — the palette fairy godmother.

Here’s what you do:

1. Go to Coolors.co
2. Scroll to “Explore Trending Palettes”
3. Type in different colors and keywords and scope out the epic amount of color palettes that you can find there.
4. Click around until you find one that makes your heart happy

You can even browse color palettes by theme!

Here’s a quick cheat sheet:

Theme	Go-To Colors
Mother’s Day	Pinks, purples, soft pastels
Earth Day	Greens, browns, earthy tones
Weddings	Whites, golds, blush tones
Nature	Greens, blues, browns

Once you love a color, copy the hex code, paste it into Photopea’s color picker (see the image at Step #2), and get painting.

How to Save Your Masterpiece

Finished coloring? Yay, you!

1. Go to File > Export As > PNG
2. Keep the default settings
3. Hit Save

Boom.

You now have a beautiful, colored PNG ready to use.

Why Bother Coloring Your PNGs?

Look, I’m a big fan of black-and-white when it comes to cookies and old movies — but not when I’m trying to get someone to click, buy, or say “WOW!” Coloring your PNGs gives you:

• Instant appeal: Color stops the scroll like sprinkles on a cupcake. (Yes, I said it. Sprinkles!)
  
• Higher engagement: If you’re selling games, worksheets, or wall art, bright visuals are basically cheat codes.
  
• Time-saving magic: Digital coloring is faster than hand-coloring and way easier to fix. I mean, I have 5th grade students that I constantly test printables out on and who color stuff for me (shout out to my 5th graders!).
  
  But, sometimes I want to whip up and list a product over the weekend. I don’t always want to color things for a mockup myself – and Photopea helps out in a pinch for times like those.
  
• Creative control: Want to try a new palette? Boom. Done. No starting over.

Step-by-Step Guide: Coloring a PNG Like a Pro (Without Being One)

1. Upload Your PNG

Use this link to go to Lunapic. It’ll take you directly the Paint Bucket spot and that’s what you want.

Click “Choose File,” upload your image, and boom—you’re in. No downloads. No accounts. Just upload and breathe.

This step is refreshingly painless, which feels like a small miracle if you’ve ever battled design software before.

2. Pick Your Color Vibe

This is where it gets fun. You’ve got options:

• Use LunaPic’s Built-In Palette: Click the little color square at the top of the page, and you get a buffet of color options.
  
  Hover over the other little colored squares and notice the hex codes changing? That’s computer-speak for “you’re doing great.” It also makes you look wildly tech-savvy. Bonus.
  
• Find Dreamy Palettes with Coolors.co: This site is a color lover’s rabbit hole. Tap the spacebar and it generates fresh palettes every time.
  
  Or in “Trending Palettes”, search by keyword (“retro,” “ocean,” “pink”) or scroll until one hits you in the feels.
  
  I can lose hours here, and honestly? Worth it.
  
• Paste Hex Codes into LunaPic: Found a keeper? Copy the hex code and paste it into LunaPic’s color box. Watch magic happen. If my daughter Athena’s tiny fingers can manage this step, you’ve got it.

3. Grab That Paint Bucket

Select the fill tool, zoom in (Ctrl with the + symbol), and click inside closed shapes to start coloring.

If you’re working with a design that has lots of tiny details, zooming in is a life-saver. (Ask me how I know.)

You’ll feel like a digital Bob Ross. Happy little clicks.

4. Go Fancy (Optional but Fun)

LunaPic also lets you use patterns to fill areas – like stripes, clouds, or chevron vibes.

Just know that not every pattern plays nice with every image.

(Athena once filled a printable with stars, declared it “space school,” and tried to market it to her little brother. I wish I were kidding.)

5. Download Your PNG

Click that big ol’ “Download now” text at the top of LunaPic. Make sure it’s in PNG format so it keeps that clean transparent background.

(Trust me, nothing ruins a mockup faster than an accidental white box hovering like a ghost.)

6. (If You’re Selling) Mockup Time!

Open Canva.

Upload your freshly colored PNG.

Drop it into a mockup frame (like I have in my sweet little freebie, The Agamograph Lab BELOW) and adjust as needed.

If the image is acting weird, detach it from the frame and play around.

Resize, reframe, and own it.

A Few Pro Tip from a PNG Image Coloring Specialist

1. If You’re Making Agamagraphs, Color First
Yep, this one’s niche, but if you’re part of my Printables That Pop membership, you know.

If you color before slicing, life gets easier. (Less Ctrl+Z, more high-fives.)

It keeps the image unified and saves you time in the long run.

2. Undo is Your New Best Friend
Made a mistake in Lunapic? It happens. Sometimes a lot.

Use the Undo Last Edit button to fix it fast (at the top of the page next to the Download now text).

And for bigger messes, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page.

Find the “History” tab and rewind time like you’re editing your own printable multiverse.

It’s a safety net made of pixels.

3. Embrace the Trial and Error
Sometimes colors won’t fill right. Sometimes your mouse twitches at the worst moment. It’s fine.

We’re all just winging it with style and snacks.

Expect some flubs, laugh at the neon disasters, and just keep going.

When to Use Color vs. When to Keep It Simple

Here’s a twist: just because you can color your PNGs doesn’t always mean you should.

I know, it goes against everything we’ve celebrated so far, but hear me out. There’s a time for bold, beautiful hues… and a time to let simplicity shine.

Let Color Take the Lead when:

• You’re creating mockups meant to catch the eye in a busy marketplace.
• Your design relies on themes (holidays, seasons, classroom decor).
• You’re trying to showcase product variations or highlight an emotional vibe.

Keep It Simple when:

• The PNG is meant to be colored in by the user (hello, coloring pages).
• You’re using it in a resource where less distraction equals more focus (think: charts, checklists).
• You want flexibility in how your design is used.

Sometimes, minimalism is the mood.

Sometimes, your printable wants to wear neutrals and sip sparkling water instead of strutting around in glitter and neon.

The secret? Knowing what you want that design to say.

Color should amplify, not overwhelm. Use it like seasoning—generously, but not so much that the dish gets ruined.

Final Thoughts: Color Like No One’s Watching

LunaPic won’t replace Illustrator, and it won’t make you coffee.
